Privacy policy
This page explains what data theproxyearth.com handles, why, and the rights you have. The short version: the numbers you check never leave your device.

Who we are
Proxy Earth (theproxyearth.com) is an independent website that offers free phone number tools for India. We are not connected to any telecom operator, data broker, government body, proxyearth.org or proxyearth.in. For any privacy question, email [email protected].
The numbers you check stay on your device
Our mobile number lookup, bulk check, STD code finder, series list and country code list all run inside your browser. When you type a number, your browser works out the result using public numbering data it downloads from our site. The number itself is never sent to our server or to anyone else.
We never show, collect or store the name, address, Aadhaar number or location of any phone user.
What we do collect

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools at the moment. If that changes, we will update this page and our cookie policy first.
Cookies
Normal visitors get no tracking cookies from us. A security service may set a short-lived cookie to tell people from bots. Our cookie policy lists them.
Who else is involved
- Our hosting provider stores the website and its server logs.
- Cloudflare delivers our pages faster and protects the site from attacks. It processes your IP address to do this.
Fonts and scripts load from our own server, not from third-party networks. We do not sell or rent any data.
Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you, correct it or erase it. You can also raise a grievance with us, and nominate someone to act for you. Email [email protected] and we will reply within 48 hours.
If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Children
Our tools are general reference tools. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

We link to official services such as Sanchar Saathi and cybercrime.gov.in. Those sites have their own privacy policies.

We will post any change on this page and update the date at the top.
