Email is the only way to reach us. We reply to genuine messages within 48 hours. A short subject line helps, such as “Wrong STD code for Hapur”.
Please do not send copies of ID cards or anyone’s personal details. We do not need them for any request.
What we can help with

- A broken page or a tool that does not work on your phone.
- Privacy requests about anything you have sent us.
- Press questions and suggestions for new tools.
What we cannot help with
Some requests need a government service or the police. Here is where to go instead.
